Earlier today, IOST released initial results and rankings of Q2 contribution by IOST node. The results, which are still subject to review and dispute between July 12th and July 14th, have seen mixed reactions by node partners and community members. Community members debated on why some nodes made a particular tier and why some nodes couldn’t rank higher than the ranking showed. Lawrence came to the rescue again, stating how Node rankings are processed and made mention of the Foundation working on a different format in the future.

Here are the Q2 initial rankings

The rewards are expected to be distributed before the end of the month, with rewards for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Node adding up to 1,539,888 IOST and 727,168 IOST respectively.
